Lead generation through cold calling
Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
Maintaining customer relationships
Providing after-sales support
Cross-selling & up-selling products
Updating call records and customer details
Coordinating with the sales team / no pressure

Required Skills

Good communication & convincing skills
Basic tele-calling and sales knowledge
MS Office knowledge (Word & Excel)
Hindi and basic English proficiency preferred
Positive and target-oriented attitude

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
