Practical depth in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)

Advanced Linux and Git

Professional English, written and spoken

Availability of at least 20 hours per week

Preferred qualifications

Observability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry)

Security, secrets management, or platform reliability background

Open source contributions or technical writing

Previous AI training data or model evaluation work
