Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily F\&B service operations.
• Welcome guests and assist with seating.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
• Ensure timely and quality service to guests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team.
• Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
• Assist with buffet setup and replenishment.
• Support banquets, events, and busy service periods.
• Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper grooming and professional service standards.

Required Skills

• Hotel Management Graduate.
• Basic knowledge of F\&B service operations.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
