Job Description – Admission Counsellor Company: Career Critics Location: C-72, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Position: Admission Counsellor Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-Hand) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Weekly Off: Sunday About the Role Career Critics is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, preferably in the education, career counselling, training, or EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, providing suitable course guidance, and converting inquiries into admissions. Key Responsibilities · Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities. · Understand the candidate’s educational background, career goals, and requirements. · Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, duration, and career prospects. · Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups. · Convert prospective leads into successful admissions. · Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. · Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. · Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. · Build a strong relationship with students and parents throughout the admission process. · Coordinate with the academic and operations teams whenever required. · Stay updated about the company’s courses, programs, and offerings. Requirements · 1–3 years of relevant experience in admission counselling / education counselling / sales counselling . · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Good convincing and negotiation abilities. · Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills. · Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. · Comfortable communicating with students and parents. · Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management systems is preferred. · Candidates with experience in EdTech, higher education, coaching, online courses, or career counseling will be preferred. · ₹17,000 – ₹35,000 in-hand salary , depending on experience and performance. · Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM . · Sunday off. · Professional and growth-oriented work environment. · Opportunity to develop expertise in education and career counselling. · Performance-based growth opportunities.
