Production Incharge

We are looking for a Production Incharge to support the smooth execution of production activities by coordinating between the production floor, project teams, procurement, stores, and other stakeholders. The role requires strong follow-up, planning, documentation, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day production activities as per project schedules and priorities. Liaise with Project Management, Design, Procurement, Stores, and Production teams for timely execution. Track production progress and highlight delays, bottlenecks, or material requirements. Prepare and maintain production schedules, trackers, work orders, and related documentation. Follow up on raw material availability, drawings, specifications, and production requirements . Coordinate with supervisors and shop-floor teams to ensure work is progressing as planned. Monitor production timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs. Maintain daily production reports and provide regular status updates to management. Coordinate inspection, quality checks, rework, and rectification wherever required. Support planning and coordination for retail fit-out, exhibition, furniture, and custom fabrication projects . Ensure production documentation and records are updated and maintained. Coordinate dispatch readiness and handover of completed items to the relevant project/site team. Follow company policies relating to safety, quality, housekeeping, and production processes . Desired Skills & Competencies Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Ability to work effectively with shop-floor and cross-functional teams. Problem-solving and proactive approach. Knowledge of retail fit-out, furniture, exhibitions, fabrication, or manufacturing will be an advantage. Qualification & Experience Graduate/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field . 2–5 years of relevant experience in production coordination, manufacturing, fabrication, furniture, retail fit-out, or exhibition production.
