Project Manager

Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities from start to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards . Coordinate with clients, project teams, production, purchase, dispatch, and installation teams. Monitor daily project progress and prepare regular status reports. Allocate work and supervise technicians, workers, and site staff. Ensure availability of required materials, manpower, tools, and equipment. Handle site-related issues and coordinate with management for timely solutions. Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, reports, and records. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and project requirements. Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed according to approved specifications. Communicate project updates, delays, requirements, and issues to management. Coordinate final inspection, completion, handover, and project closure
