Assistant Store Manager / Assistant Hub Manager – Quick Commerce

We are hiring Assistant Store Managers / Assistant Hub Managers for our Quick Commerce operations across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Quick Commerce and Dark Store Operations, along with exposure to Last-Mile / Delivery Operations.

The role will involve managing day-to-day Dark Store/Hub operations, inventory, order fulfillment, dispatch, delivery coordination and team management in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Mandatory Experience

Experience in Quick Commerce / Q-Commerce is mandatory

Candidates should have worked in Dark Store / Rapid Store Operations

Exposure to Last-Mile / Delivery Operations is mandatory

Experience managing delivery executives, riders or courier/delivery teams

Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment

Experience handling store/hub operations and operational teams

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven and SLA-driven environment

Strong people management and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting

Exposure to WMS / OMS will be an advantage

The underlying JD also identifies Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Courier & Express, Last-Mile Delivery, Retail Fulfillment and 3PL Logistics as relevant operational backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Dark Store / Hub

Ensure smooth picking, packing, dispatch and order fulfillment

Monitor inventory accuracy and stock availability

Coordinate with delivery executives/riders for timely order delivery

Monitor last-mile delivery performance and SLAs

Manage and motivate store/operations teams

Track productivity and operational performance

Resolve operational issues and escalations

Maintain daily operational reports

Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes

Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and customer experience

Educational Qualification

Graduation / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech preferred.

Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on Quick Commerce / Dark Store experience. Candidates from general retail, warehouse or logistics backgrounds without Quick Commerce / Dark Store exposure may not be suitable.
