Hiring: Front Office Executive – Eye Hospital
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our Eye Hospital team.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.

Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.

Manage OP/IP billing and cash collections.

Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.

Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient flow.

Maintain accurate patient records and front office documentation.

Ensure excellent patient service and a positive experience.

Eligibility

Any Graduate.

Healthcare/Hospital experience is preferred.

Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience.

Presentable with a patient-friendly attitude.

Work Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
