Role Overview

As a Project Manager – Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects across business, product, technology, and operations teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track and deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing ambiguity while keeping teams focused on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.

Monitor project progress, identify dependencies and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.

Proactively identify project risks and issues and establish mitigation plans.

Facilitate regular project meetings, stand-ups, reviews, and stakeholder updates.

Ensure clear communication of project priorities, decisions, action items, and deadlines.

Manage project scope and help prevent scope creep through effective change management.

Track project KPIs, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables as applicable.

Work with technology and product teams to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

Coordinate UAT, implementation, rollout, and post-launch activities where required.

Manage external vendors/partners and ensure timely delivery against agreed expectations.

Prepare regular project dashboards and executive-level status updates.

Maintain project documentation, including requirements, timelines, RAID logs, meeting notes, and closure reports.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and ways of working.

Required Skills & Experience

4–5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, or a similar role.

Experience managing technology, SaaS, digital, retail-tech, or business transformation projects is preferred.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management.

Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and execution skills.

Excellent stakeholder and communication management skills.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience managing project risks, dependencies, timelines, and escalations.

Comfortable working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certification is an advantage.

Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

Experience working with retail, FMCG, POS, payments, SaaS, or B2B technology products is a plus.

Prior experience working with external clients or implementation projects is desirable.

What We’re Looking For

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
