We're Hiring | Vendor Management Intern

Are you organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in procurement and operations? Join Storeyboard Design as a Vendor Management Intern and gain hands-on experience in vendor coordination, procurement, and project support.

Location: Arasoji Rao Building, #9/1, Rashtriya Vidyalaya Road, Near Minerva Circle, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560004
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.

Follow up on material procurement and delivery schedules.

Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation.

Prepare quotation comparison sheets and vendor reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement.

Eligibility

Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
