Guest Relations Executive
Greeting and welcoming visitors, walk-in customers, or VIPs with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Registering visitors, capturing accurate contact information, and maintaining entry logs or CRM databases.
Coordinating the handover of walk-in prospects or clients to sales executives, relationship managers, or respective departments.
Managing the reception area, guest lounge, and refreshment services to maintain high standards of ambience and cleanliness.
Handling inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating calendars for meetings or site visits.
Addressing guest feedback, resolving minor concerns promptly, and escalating major issues when needed.
Requirements
- Education
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in hospitality, PR, or communications is preferred.
Experience: Generally ranges from 0 to 4 years in customer-facing roles across real estate, hospitality, corporate offices, or retail.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills (proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages like Kannada is a strong asset), strong multitasking abilities, and a well-groomed, professional presentation
