About

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee who is passionate about interiors, home décor, fashion, lifestyle content and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing TIA's Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other social media platforms.

Create engaging content ideas for Reels, Stories, Posts and Carousels.

Research trending Reels, audios, hashtags and social media formats.

Assist in developing and maintaining TIA's monthly content calendar.

Coordinate product shoots, lifestyle shoots and content creation.

Assist with styling products for photoshoots and social media content.

Write creative captions, product descriptions and promotional copy.

Assist in influencer collaborations and creator outreach.

Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement.

Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

Support festive campaigns, product launches, offers and promotional campaigns.

Stay updated with trends in interior design, luxury décor, lifestyle and visual aesthetics.

Collaborate with the design, marketing and e-commerce teams.

Candidate Requirements

Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in social media/digital marketing.

Strong interest in Instagram, Reels, Pinterest and visual content.

Good communication and creative writing skills.

Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.

Good eye for aesthetics, styling and visual presentation.

Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred.

Knowledge of CapCut/InShot or other video editing tools is an added advantage.

Interest in interior design, home décor, luxury lifestyle or fashion will be preferred.

Proactive, creative and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
