Job Description

Assist managers with daily tasks such as scheduling, reports, and coordination

Learn processes in the company

Create a list of customers, call them and close deals

Find candidates for open positions, call and then close the openings

Collect information from teams to help with simple reports or presentations

Support projects by doing basic research, follow‑ups, and documentation

Observe team operations to understand workflows and challenges

Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to build business knowledge

Share feedback on processes and suggest improvements where possible

Help teams communicate and complete tasks on time

Maintain records, checklists, and basic documentation for ongoing activities

Build working relationships with employees across departments

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Commerce, Master's in Commerce or MBA.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
