Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities

Handle employee attendance, leave, late marks, overtime, and working hours

Prepare and verify monthly attendance inputs for payroll processing

Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll team for monthly salary processing

Handle employee payroll and salary-related queries

Manage PF & ESI registrations, updates, documentation, and compliance

Ensure timely PF & ESI monthly compliance

Maintain employee personal files, HR records, and HR databases

Prepare monthly HR, attendance, and payroll reports

Support employee onboarding and joining formalities

Prepare appointment letters and other HR-related documents

Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, salary, PF & ESI

Coordinate employee exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement

Support statutory compliance and implementation of HR policies

Prepare HR MIS reports and provide updates to management

Required Skills

4–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist

Strong knowledge of Attendance & Payroll Management

Good knowledge of PF, ESI & statutory compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience
