Physiotherapist
Aksha Hospitals is looking for a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, rehabilitation, and other appropriate techniques.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
Educate patients and their families on exercises, recovery, posture, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate patient treatment and progress records.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
Ensure a safe, hygienic, and professional treatment environment.
Provide physiotherapy support for post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, elderly, and other rehabilitation patients as required.
Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, and professional standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the relevant professional authority, where applicable.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Good clinical assessment and patient-handling skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
On-Call Availability
The candidate should be available for on-call physiotherapy services when required, including patient visits or urgent rehabilitation requirements outside regular working hours.
