About the Role A leading multiplex cinema chain is hiring a Patron Delight Officer to lead the front-line team at the Box Office and Canteen and deliver a great guest experience. Responsibilities Lead a team of 7-10 associates Issue floats and handle cash at the start and end of each shift Coach the team on suggestive selling to boost revenue Coordinate with the IT team to keep POS machines and servers running Maintain team grooming, hygiene, sanitization and safety standards Resolve basic guest concerns and escalate when needed Train associates and submit daily operations reports Candidate must be flexible to work with Rotational shifts. Requirements Education: Graduate with a Hotel/Restaurant background, Diploma in Hotel Management/IHM OR Any graduate with 3-6 months of experience in QSR Industry Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience in QSR/Operations in Hotels, Restaurants or the Service industry Languages: English and the local language Skills: Team management, cash handling, upselling, multitasking, attention to detail, strong communication Perks Training and career growth Competitive salary and incentives
