Key Responsibilities
Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities
Regional Ownership – Manage assigned region, areas & sales targets.
Lead Ownership – Personally handle assigned leads, follow-ups & closures.
Lead Allocation – Distribute leads to executives & monitor progress.
Target Setting – Set daily, weekly & monthly sales/activity targets.
Pipeline Management – Track enquiries, consultations, quotations, negotiations & bookings.
Client Requirement – Understand budget, location, requirements & project timeline.
Client Meetings – Drive showroom, site visits & design consultations.
Quotation & Negotiation – Coordinate proposals, pricing & negotiations.
Closure Support – Support executives in objections, negotiations & project closures.
Team Coaching – Improve team performance, communication & product knowledge.
CRM Management – Maintain lead status, notes, ownership & follow-up dates.
Booking & Handover – Ensure booking payment, scope confirmation & handover to Design/Execution.
Sales Reporting – Submit weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, bookings & lost leads.
