Full job description
- Job Title
- Medical Typist
Key Responsibilities
Type medical reports, discharge summaries, and patient records
Ensure accuracy and correctness in all typed documents
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Coordinate with doctors and nurses for report updates
File, store, and retrieve medical documents when required
Follow hospital documentation and data entry protocols
Requirements
Proven typing skills with speed and accuracy (minimum 40–50 wpm).
Prior experience as a Medical Typist or similar role preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office or hospital management software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
