We are hiring for Accounts Executive for Freight Forwarding Industry

Location: Chennai

Salary - 3.6 Lakhs Per Annum

Exp - 3+ years

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting activities for international freight forwarding operations.

Verify invoices, accounting entries, job files and supporting documents.

Coordinate with the back-office/operations team for accurate and timely job closure.

Maintain proper accounting records and ensure all documents are updated in the CRM.

Process and verify freight, transportation, vendor and customer-related invoices.

Support Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable activities and reconciliation.

Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with company procedures.

Coordinate with internal teams and overseas stakeholders regarding accounting and shipment-related queries.

Handle UK international process and maintain timely completion of assigned tasks.

Prepare and maintain reports using Tally ERP, MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
