Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and patient-friendly Tele-callers to join our IVF hospital team. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with appointments, provide basic information about hospital services, and ensure a smooth communication experience for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Attend incoming patient calls professionally and courteously

Make outgoing calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient feedback

Provide information regarding IVF, consultation timings, and hospital services

Coordinate appointments with doctors and departments

Maintain call records and patient details accurately

Handle patient inquiries and direct calls to concerned departments when required

Support front office and patient coordination activities as needed

Ensure confidentiality of patient information

Eligibility Criteria

Any Degree / Diploma

Freshers are welcome to apply

Good communication skills in hindi & english

Basic computer knowledge preferred

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

Polite and empathetic communication

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally

Team player with customer service mindset
