Call Center Supervisor – Job Description Supervise and manage daily call center operations. Monitor team performance and ensure service quality. Assign tasks and manage work schedules for team members. Support agents in handling customer queries and complaints. Track call volumes, productivity, and performance metrics. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members. Resolve escalated customer issues professionally. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Coordinate with management to achieve team targets. Ensure company policies and customer service standards are followed.
