Retail Store Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily operations of the organic retail store.
• Supervise staff, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
• Handle stock receiving, GRN, stock checking, inventory control, and shortage management.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO, proper rack arrangement, and expiry management.
• Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
• Handle billing, cash management, customer service, and customer complaints.
• Monitor sales, wastage, damages, and daily store reports.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
• Coordinate with the HO for stock, manpower, sales, and operational requirements.
• Ensure company SOPs and store procedures are followed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail/store management, preferably FMCG or organic retail.
• Good knowledge of inventory, FIFO/FEFO, billing, and staff handling.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage the store independently.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
