We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our dental clinic.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients in a polite and professional manner.

Attend incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

Maintain patient registration and basic clinic records.

Coordinate patient flow with the dentist and dental assistant.

Send appointment reminders and follow up with patients when required.

Handle WhatsApp enquiries and basic clinic communications.

Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain basic billing records.

Maintain a neat and professional reception area.

Support the clinic team with routine administrative work.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

Ability to handle phone calls and WhatsApp professionally.

Punctual, responsible, and patient-friendly.

Previous experience as a receptionist, front-office executive, or in a clinic/hospital is preferred.

Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates residing in or around Ambattur, Avadi, Thirumullaivoyal, Mogappair, or nearby areas will be preferred.

Education

Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary with suitable communication and computer skills.

Experience

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
