About Kremlin Aesthetics

Kremlin Aesthetics is a premium skin, laser, hair, and aesthetic clinic in Chromepet. We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller / Front Desk Executive to handle patient enquiries, appointment booking, follow-ups, and clinic coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls from leads and patients.

Explain clinic services such as laser hair removal, skin treatments, weight loss, hair growth, bridal packages, and aesthetic treatments.

Book consultation appointments and follow up with patients.

Maintain daily lead status, appointment status, and follow-up records.

Send WhatsApp messages, reminders, and payment/booking confirmations.

Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for patient scheduling.

Convert enquiries into clinic visits through proper follow-up.

Handle patient queries politely and professionally.

Support front desk activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Prior experience in telecalling, clinic sales, beauty clinic, skin clinic, hospital, or customer support preferred.

Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge.

Confident, polite, patient, and target-oriented.

Ability to explain offers and convince customers professionally.

Freshers with good communication can also apply.

Qualification

Any degree / diploma.

Healthcare, cosmetology, beauty, or customer service background is an added advantage.
