Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue.

Handle team escalations and resolve customer-related issues professionally.

Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Track sales performance, conversion rates, productivity, and revenue.

Identify performance gaps and provide appropriate training and guidance.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Sales Team Leader / Sales Supervisor role.

Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.

Strong knowledge of sales processes and conversion techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management abilities.

Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

Experience in BPO / Telecalling / Inside Sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
