Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily orders across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other online platforms.
• Coordinate inventory, packing, dispatch, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Handle sales entries, invoices, and expense records in Tally Prime.
• Reconcile marketplace settlements, Razorpay/GoKwik payments, commissions, and deductions.
• Maintain daily sales, inventory, and MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and platform support teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant e-commerce or quick commerce experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of online marketplace operations and payment reconciliation.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
