Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining proper presentation.
• Understand guest requirements and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
• Handle guest queries and requests politely and promptly.
• Ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for every guest.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
• Customer-service oriented and polite.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or hotels will be an advantage.
• Freshers with the right attitude and confidence may also apply.
