Key Responsibilities

• Oversee zone‑wise sales teams and ensure effective target achievement.
• Monitor daily field activities, validate reports, and drive execution strategies.
• Supervise Sales Coordinators for backend operations, documentation, and MIS.
• Engage with customers for business development, credit discussions, and relationship strengthening.
• Coordinate with factory, logistics, and finance teams for order processing and dispatches.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, documentation, and credit monitoring.
• Drive timely payment collections and resolve escalations impacting sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

• 12+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in high‑volume, multi‑zone environments.
• Ability to manage large teams and diverse customer bases.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Expertise in ERP/CRM systems, MIS reporting, and credit control.
