Receptionist, telecaller

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote properties available for sale under bank and NBFC auctions.

• Explain property details, auction procedures, and related terms clearly to interested buyers.

• Maintain and update the customer database (leads, follow-ups, and conversion status).

• Coordinate with the sales team and field staff for property site visits and buyer meetings.

• Generate interest and qualify leads for further engagement by the sales team.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients to ensure conversion and closure.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on lead status and call outcomes.

• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay
