Debt Collection Executive (Telecaller)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Debt Collection Executive (Telecaller) to contact customers and collect outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of handling difficult conversations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls to customers regarding overdue accounts.
• Remind and follow up with defaulters via calls, SMS, and emails.
• Explain repayment terms and negotiate payment plans as per company policy.
• Record call details and update the system with accurate remarks.
• Maintain daily/weekly call logs and collection reports.
• Escalate complex cases to the senior collection team or legal team when required.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Proven experience in collections, DPD Buckets, customer service, or tele calling is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English.
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure calmly.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM tools, or collection software is an advantage.
