JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.

Define user personas, customer journeys, and information architecture.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Design intuitive, visually appealing, and scalable user interfaces.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA teams.

Translate business requirements into meaningful user experiences.

Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards.

Analyze user feedback and product metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices are followed.

Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Fine Arts, Product Design, or a related field.
