Olio Maximus is the B2B marketing and consulting vertical of Olio Global AdTech. We work with manufacturers, engineering companies and B2B businesses to build stronger brands and generate business through digital marketing.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Servicing Intern who is organised, communicative and curious about digital marketing.

You’ll work alongside our account management and strategy teams, helping coordinate projects, communicate with clients and make sure tasks move forward smoothly.

You don’t need to be a digital marketing expert. We’re looking for someone who can learn quickly, communicate professionally and take ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate with clients and internal teams on ongoing projects.

Follow up on content, approvals, requirements and deliverables.

Maintain task lists, timelines and project updates.

Assist with client communication and basic reporting.

Support the team in executing digital marketing activities.

Track project requirements and make sure important tasks don’t get missed.

Participate in client discussions and internal meetings.

Assist with day-to-day client servicing and account management activities.

Learn the fundamentals of SEO, social media, Google Ads and lead generation.

Gradually take ownership of tasks as you learn.

What We’re Looking For

Basic understanding or genuine interest in digital marketing.

Strong formal written and verbal communication skills.

Good organisation and follow-up skills.

Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification.

Willingness to learn marketing beyond just social media.

Ability to take feedback and improve.

You don’t need in-depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads or client servicing. A good foundation, communication skills and willingness to learn matter more.

Freshers, recent graduates and candidates with internship, college project or basic agency exposure are welcome to apply.

During the internship, you’ll build your digital marketing knowledge, develop client management skills and gradually take on more responsibility.

Intern → Learn Client Servicing → Understand Digital Marketing Strategy → PPO Based on Performance → Grow into an Account Manager / Growth Consultant
