Job Description

Attend to shareholders visiting the Investor Service Center and assist with their queries.

Handle telephone calls and respond to shareholder emails regarding share-related matters.

Resolve queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams for pending issues.

Maintain proper records and documentation of shareholder requests.

Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous customer service.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service and query-handling experience.

Good email and telephone etiquette.

Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.

Experience in investor/shareholder services, banking, financial services, or front-office roles is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
