Interact with customers over voice for a Travel Customer Support process and assist them with travel-related service queries. Understand customer requirements, communicate relevant information clearly and provide timely assistance while maintaining a professional customer experience. Candidates should possess strong communication and listening skills along with the ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
