Job Overview

We are looking for smart, energetic, and self-motivated candidates to join our team as Real Estate Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, marketing, and property dealing. Freshers with the right attitude and experienced candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and generate potential sales leads.

Communicate with prospective clients through phone calls and follow-ups.

Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.

Coordinate and arrange property site visits for interested clients.

Follow up with leads regularly to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any stream.

0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.

Must be smart, energetic, confident, and presentable.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Positive attitude, a professional mindset, and a customer-focused approach.

Must be comfortable working at the Shapoorji, New Town, Action Area 3, Kolkata location, with no location or commuting constraints.

Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Fixed Salary

₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
