JOB DESCRIPTION

Identify and acquire new business banking customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market mapping.

Source Current Accounts, Trade Finance, Business Loans, Working Capital products, and other banking solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with SME/MSME customers.

Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

Conduct customer meetings and understand business requirements to offer suitable banking solutions.

Ensure KYC and compliance norms are adhered to during customer onboarding.

Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, Forex, Cash Management Services, and Digital Banking solutions.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and portfolio quality.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets.

Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with bank policies.

Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement.

Inform clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.

Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.

Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.

Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
