Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our Finance \& Accounts team at Devanahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of accounting experience, with practical knowledge of Tally ERP, financial documentation, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Handle purchase and sales entries, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Maintain petty cash records and monitor cash transactions.
• Assist with GST-related entries, GST reconciliation, and filing documentation.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Maintain proper records of expenses, vendor payments, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding accounting discrepancies.
• Assist the Finance Manager with audits and other accounting activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
