Job Description

• We are hiring for Receptionist/Administrator
• reet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general enquiries.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
• Manage visitor records, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities.
• Maintain office files, documents, records, and correspondence.
• Handle stationery, office supplies, and basic inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building maintenance teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
