About Texel Solutions Texel Solutions is a growing IT infrastructure and networking solutions company providing end-to-end services in IT hardware, networking, surveillance, and enterprise technology to businesses across various industries. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue through IT hardware and networking product sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Texel Solutions’ IT hardware and networking products and services Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Follow up on existing leads, enquiries, and quotations to drive closures Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT products (switches, firewalls, access points, servers, biometric devices, CCTV, etc.) Coordinate with the technical and sales team to prepare and share product quotations Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM Achieve monthly call targets and lead generation goals Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects Handle inbound enquiries and provide basic product information to customers Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (BBA / B.Com / BSc preferred) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu Basic understanding of IT hardware and networking products (training will be provided) Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or IT product sales is an advantage What We Offer Fixed salary + attractive incentives on target achievement Product and sales training provided Growth opportunities within the organization Friendly and supportive work environment Exposure to enterprise IT products and solutions
