About Persian Kebab Co. Persian Kebab Co. (PKC) is a modern Middle Eastern fast-casual restaurant in Bangalore. Our menu features Persian and Lebanese-style kebabs, shawarmas, hummus, falafel, flatbreads, salads, and desserts. As we grow, we are adding freshly baked Middle Eastern breads and oven-based dishes to our menu. We are looking for a Captain to lead our floor team and make sure every guest has a great experience. What You'll Work On 1.⁠ ⁠Captain of the service team during shifts 2.⁠ ⁠Welcoming guests and handling seating, orders, and billing 3.⁠ ⁠Making sure orders are taken correctly and served on time 4.⁠ ⁠Handling guest queries, feedback, and complaints 5.⁠ ⁠Coordinating between the kitchen, counter, and service staff 6.⁠ ⁠Training and guiding junior team members 7.⁠ ⁠Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area 8.⁠ ⁠Opening and closing the restaurant, including basic stock and cash checks 9.⁠ ⁠Keeping service standards consistent during rush hours What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or QSR (preferred) Experience as a captain, senior steward, or shift supervisor is a plus Good communication skills in English and Kannada or Hindi Ability to stay calm and manage the team during busy service Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety Leadership, discipline, and a guest-first attitude Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Role Details 📍 Location: Bangalore 💼 Position: Supervisor / Captain 💰 Salary: Based on experience and skill
