Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions. Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related issues. Handle queries related to prepaid and postpaid services . Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information and guidance. Maintain professional, polite, and customer-focused communication. Communicate effectively in English while handling customer interactions. Follow process guidelines, company policies, and customer service quality standards. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction. Candidate Requirements Good proficiency in English is mandatory. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree . Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Customer-focused and professional approach. Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts . Willingness to work as per business and process requirements.
