Purchase Executive – Job Description

Designation: Purchase Executive
Department: Purchase
Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

Purchase raw materials, components, consumables and other required materials.

Identify and develop new vendors as per company requirements.

Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers.

Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up for timely delivery.

Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.

Monitor material availability and ensure timely procurement.

Conduct vendor follow-up regarding quality, price and delivery.

Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs and vendor data.

Handle vendor communication and resolve purchase-related issues.

Maintain Google sheet.

Handle Daily petty cash.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
