Job Description – MIS Coordinator (Collection & Recovery)

Job Role: MIS Coordinator
Industry: Banking, NBFCs, Collection & Recovery - Retail Loans & Credit Cards

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on collection and recovery performance.
Track allocated accounts, overdue cases, collection targets, recovery achievements and outstanding dues.
Maintain bucket-wise, employee-wise and portfolio-wise performance reports.
Analyse collection data, identify performance gaps and highlight critical overdue accounts.
Reconcile collection figures and ensure accuracy of data received from field executives and telecallers.
Coordinate with operations teams and bank/NBFC representatives for data updates and reporting.
Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission of client-specific reports.

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce or Business Administration.
1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, banking, NBFCs or collection and recovery operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, especially Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and data analysis.
Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
