Security Supervisor – Site Visits & Manpower Deployment

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and active Security Supervisor to manage security staff, conduct site visits, coordinate employee joining, and handle manpower deployment at different client locations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a security company and good knowledge of security guard deployment, employee attendance, and site management.

Key Responsibilities

Visit client sites regularly to monitor security guards and ensure proper duty performance.

Coordinate the joining process of new employees and security guards.

Handle employee deployment and assign security personnel to different sites as per requirements.

Ensure timely placement of employees at client locations.

Maintain daily attendance, duty rosters, and employee deployment records.

Coordinate with clients, security guards, and office staff regarding manpower requirements.

Follow up on employee absences and arrange replacement staff whenever required.

Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding of new security personnel.

Submit daily site visit reports and deployment updates to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a security company.

Practical knowledge of manpower deployment and management.

Pay

₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
