Key Responsibilities

Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts.

Cake decoration, frosting, and basic piping.

Maintain quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Manage ingredients and minimize wastage.

Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Develop new products and recipes when required.

Requirements

Relevant bakery/pastry experience.

Good knowledge of baking techniques.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
