We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Calling Executive / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and following up with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

Explain company services and offers to prospects.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Generate and qualify leads through calling.

Follow up with interested prospects.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream).
Experience: 0–1 Year.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confident and positive attitude.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to work with targets.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
