Client Co-Ordinator (Electrical Engineer Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and maintain regular communication.
• Handle client queries, requirements, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, and other departments.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and documentation.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain client records and prepare regular reports.
• Support the sales team in day-to-day client coordination.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering background preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Experience in industrial/B2B sales coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
