General Manager-Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager (GM) to oversee overall business operations, drive growth, manage real estate projects and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, business development, team management and real estate industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and business activities of the real estate company.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage real estate projects, including planning, execution, budgeting and timelines.
• Drive sales, marketing, and business development activities to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, land acquisitions and potential real estate investments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, landowners, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project profitability, budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Lead, motivate, and manage sales, marketing, operations, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, construction, and customer relationship teams.
• Prepare regular business performance reports and present updates to senior management.
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate sales, project management, business development, and operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets and business targets.
