Job Summary

Responsible for preparing food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, handling kitchen equipment safely, and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company standards and recipes.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, cooking area, and utensils.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about required materials.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment after use.
• Support other kitchen team members whenever required.
• Follow company rules, policies, and instructions from the reporting manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations.
• Previous experience as a cook or kitchen helper is preferred.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a team and manage kitchen tasks efficiently.

Skills Required

• Cooking and food preparation skills.
• Time management and teamwork.
• Cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Responsible handling of kitchen tools and equipment.

Working Conditions

• Working Days: Daily work is required, and weekly offs will be provided as per company policy and operational requirements.
• Food \& Accommodation: Food and accommodation will be provided as per company requirements.

• Maintain food quality and consistency.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Complete food preparation on time.
• Reduce food wastage and follow stock-control procedures.
• Comply with company policies and safety standards.

Pay

Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
