Trainee Roles in Production Support & Quality

Production Support Duties • System/Line Monitoring: Monitor live production runs, operational metrics, or software/hardware logs to ensure uninterrupted workflow. • Incident \& Ticket Handling: Assist in logging, tracking, and basic troubleshooting of operational or technical issues (L1/L2 support level). • Coordination \& Deployment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, engineering, shop floor, or IT) during code/process deployments and routine handovers. • Documentation: Maintain daily logs, support tickets, batch records, or process checklists. Quality Assurance (QA) Duties • Inspection \& Compliance: Assist in in-process and final product/service inspections against set quality and regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP, ISO). • Non-Conformance \& Root Cause Analysis: Support investigations into defects, process failures, or customer complaints by collecting data and performing basic root-cause analysis. • CAPA \& Continuous Improvement: Participate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tracking and Kaizen/Lean initiatives. • SOP Maintenance: Help draft, update, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality reports.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
